Our payment processor may separately collect payment and identity information under its own privacy policy.

We use this information to review requests, communicate with you, determine eligibility and pricing, schedule approved services, manage consignments and payouts, prevent fraud and unsafe situations, keep business records, and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share only what is reasonably necessary with service providers that operate our website, store uploaded files, process payments, deliver messages, or support transactions; with sales platforms used for approved consignment items; or when required by law or necessary to protect people, property, or the business.

Photos, security, and retention

Request photos and private request records are restricted to the business owner and authorized service infrastructure. No internet system is completely risk-free, but we use access controls and reasonable safeguards. We keep records only as long as reasonably needed for the request, transaction, accounting, dispute, safety, or legal purpose.

Your choices

You may request correction or deletion of information that is not required for an active transaction, legal obligation, accounting record, fraud prevention, or dispute. Text-alert subscribers may opt out by replying STOP.
